Iyenga is a coffee farmer cooperative in Tanzania’s Songwe region, founded in 2003 with 191 members. Farmers traditionally intercrop coffee with bananas, beans, and groundnuts. The cooperative has invested in modern equipment, including an eco-depulper and a new wet mill, supported by Taylor Winch Tanzania. This partnership offers technical guidance, processing training, and quality control.
